Privacy Policy – Sketched Lives Uploader

Sketched Lives Uploader is a private tool that the owner of the YouTube channel @SketchedLivesTV uses on the owner's own computer to upload, schedule and review the owner's own videos.

• Data we access: only the data of the single YouTube channel that the owner signs in with — the video files the owner chooses, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, publish times, and the channel's own view statistics (YouTube Analytics).
• Data we store: an OAuth token for the owner's own Google account and the channel's own statistics, saved on the owner's computer. Nothing is uploaded to any other server.
• Sharing: we do not sell, share or transfer any data to third parties. The tool has no other users.
• YouTube API Services: the tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Data retention and deletion: the OAuth token is kept only while the tool is in use. Statistics are kept on the owner's computer for the owner's own analysis. To delete all stored data, revoke access (below) and delete the tool's data folder on the owner's computer; the token stops working immediately after revocation. Any request about data can be sent to the contact address below and will be handled within 7 days.
• Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
• Google API Services User Data Policy: the use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
